Delicate tropical fruit aromas lead to a rich palate of lemon, Fuji apple, and pear, with a hint of toast and caramel on the finish. A perfect compliment to our Signature halibut.

A soft round Chardonnay finishes smooth with light hints of honey, pear and straw. A great alternative to the Raymond Chardonnay with is much more crisp and acidic. Pair this wine with the halibut selections. Only available in a bottle.

This Chardonnay is tightly wound with a firm band of citrus, pear and spice. It slowly unfolds to reveal layers of depth and complexity. The flavors of tropical fruit, lemon and apple are lush and abundant. This Chardonnay finishes rich. Only available in a bottle.
This Jadot is clean and fresh with typical varietal fragrance; elegant citrus and white fruit flavors on the palate. Finished without contact with oak, the delicately balanced acids carry a refreshingly crisp finish.
This a great Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp and clean. Free of oak and smoke. This wine is great for drinking with dinner. Nice fruit and acid are wrapped around hints of rich tropical fruit. Look for a touch of Semillon in the finish of this wine.

Bright and aromatic with hints of honeydew melon and lime. A small percentage of this wine was barrel fermented and aged on the lees, lending a slightly creamy texture to this otherwise lively Sauvignon Blanc. Only available in a bottle.
The lightest of pressing of Pinot Noir grape produce this citric and spice rose wine. Served chilled it is a great alternative to a White Zinfandel
$26.00
Fresh melon and mint aromas are wrapped around hints of fresh apple fruit and citric acidity in this Riesling. This wine is tart, quite long in the finish and so nearly dry that its faint sweetness is barely perceptible behind a level of acidity rare in a West Coast Riesling. Only available in a bottle.
This little Riesling is a clever find. I know it’s from Idaho, however, it tastes great. Better yet, it pairs well with the Spring menu. The wine is well balanced and moderately sweet. Try it when you are in a lighter mood.
This pale straw Pinot Gris displays aromas of peach, citrus and pears accented with hints of floral. This wine is bright and round. Nicely balanced with a soft and lingering finish. Try this wine with the Prawns or the Scallops.
